Tailgaters Parking Car Space Usage Agreement

Stadium Tailgating LLC, d/b/a Tailgaters Parking, a Florida Limited Liability Company (“Tailgaters Parking”), hereby licenses to the undersigned (“Licensee”), the use of one parking space within the parking lot assignment (“the Parking Facility”), subject to the following conditions:

  1. Parking Fee.  Licensee shall pay the sum specified, in full, upon accepting of this Agreement, together with all sales and use taxes applicable thereto as per electronic invoice.
  2. Parking Rights.  Licensee shall be entitled to the use of a designated space in the Parking Facility during the “Event Period” only. “Event Period” shall mean the time period commencing at least 4 hours prior to and terminating 2 hours following the conclusion of game. Licensee shall have no right to enter or remain in the Parking Facility at any other times.
  3. Permitted Vehicles.  The parking rights granted herein shall be restricted to the use of an automobile, mini-van, or pick-up truck. RV’s (Including Van conversions), Passenger Vans over 12 passengers, Dual Rear-wheel vehicles, and Busses are not allowed in the Touchdown Lot. No Exceptions.
  4. Parking Spaces.  Prior to the commencement of the game, Licensee shall be provided with a “Permit”, which shall designate Licensee’s parking space row and number.  No vehicle shall be permitted to enter the Parking Facility without a Permit, which shall be attached to the rear view mirror or kept on dashboard with parking space number facing outward of each Permitted Vehicle.  No vehicle shall park in any space other than the space designated on the Permit.  Tailgaters Parking may tow away, or cause to be towed away, at the expense of the licensee, any Permitted Vehicle parked in a space other than the space designated on the Permit.  Any Permitted Vehicle remaining in the Parking Facility after a Game Period may be towed away at the expense of the Licensee.  Tailgating will no longer be allowed in the same space as your vehicle. You will be required to purchase a separate tailgate pass with your parking pass at time of check out.

  5. Rules and Regulations.  NO FOOTBALLS SHALL BE THROWN IN PARKING FACILITY! No signs shall be placed on or near a parking space on the Parking Facility without the prior approval of Tailgaters Parking. Trash shall be deposited in dumpsters provided on the Parking Facility by Tailgaters Parking or shall be removed from the Parking Facility by Licensee.  Licensee agrees to abide by such other rules and regulations as may be established from time to time by Tailgaters Parking relating to the use of the Permit and the Parking Facility. PA AMPLIFICATION SYSTEMS are PROHIBITED in the parking facility and Tailgaters Parking will not tolerate loud or obscene music in any lot. Vendors are PROHIBITED in parking spaces. Vendors are required to have a separate user agreement with Tailgaters Parking.

  6. Termination of Parking Rights.  Tailgaters Parking reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, and Licensee’s right to the use of the Parking Facility, if the behavior of Licensee, or Licensee’s guests, is deemed to be unacceptable by Tailgaters Parking, in its sole discretion.
  7. Property Damage or Personal Injury.  Licensee acknowledges that its use of the Parking Facility shall be at its sole risk without any obligation or responsibility on the part of Tailgaters Parking other than to make the designated parking space available to Licensee as provided for in this Agreement.  Neither Tailgaters Parking, nor the owner of the Parking Facility, shall be liable for loss of or damage to a vehicle, or its contents, by reason of fire, theft, collision or other cause, or for death of or injury to Licensee or Licensee’s guests.  Tailgaters Parking assumes no responsibility for the security of Licensee’s vehicle, or for the conduct of any other person using the Parking Facility.  Licensee agrees to indemnify and save harmless Tailgaters Parking, and the owner of the Parking Facility, from and against all loss, damage or injury to any person (including loss of life) or property which may arise or be claimed to have arisen as a result of or in connection with the use of the Parking Facility by Licensee.
  8. Entire Agreement.  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Tailgaters Parking and the Licensee, and there are no agreements, conditions or understanding, either oral or written, between them other than those set forth herein.
  9. Binding Effect.  Upon acceptance of this Agreement by Licensee, together with payment of the balance of the parking fee provided for in Section 1 above, this Agreement shall become effective and binding upon the parties, their legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns.
  10. Permits: Lost, misplaced, or not printed parking hangtags will be replaced at a cost of $20.00 each.  You will be required to provide identification at the time of receiving a replacement pass. Tailgaters Parking will not accept electronic parking passes.
  11.   Space Reservations: Tailgaters Parking will use its best effort to place Licensee in the space designated to them but reserves the right to move Licensee to a comparable space if the space initially designated for Licensee is unavailable.
  12. Cancellation Policy All sales are final. No Refunds.
  13. Resale of Parking Spaces: Resale of Tailgaters Parking passes by Customer or any third party is not permitted, and Tailgaters Parking reserves the right to void any passes found for resale by any third party.

Tailgaters Parking RV Space Usage Agreement

Stadium Tailgating LLC, d/b/a Tailgaters Parking, a Florida Limited Liability Company (“Tailgaters Parking”), hereby licenses to the undersigned (“Licensee”), the use of one parking space within the parking lots located at Bryan Street and Beaver Street, Jacksonville, Florida (“the Parking Facility”), subject to the following conditions:

  1.  Parking Fee.  Licensee shall pay the sum specified, in full, upon the accepting of this Agreement, together with all sales and use taxes applicable thereto as per electronic invoice.
  1. Parking Rights.  Licensee shall be entitled to the use of a designated space in the Parking Facility during days paid for. Licensee shall have no right to enter or remain in the Parking Facility at any other times. Security guards will be on duty at the Parking Facility.
  2. Permitted Vehicles.  The parking rights granted herein shall be restricted to the use of a recreational vehicle 40 feet long (a “Permitted Vehicle”). All RVs must have a vertical exhaust stack for generators.
  3. Parking Spaces.  Prior to the commencement of the game, Licensee shall be provided with a “Permit”, which shall designate Licensee’s parking lot.  No vehicle shall be permitted to enter the Parking Facility without a Permit, which shall be attached to the rear-view mirror with parking lot name facing outward of each Permitted Vehicle.  No vehicle shall park in any lot other than the lot designated on the Permit.  Tailgaters Parking may tow away, or cause to be towed away, at the expense of the licensee, any Permitted Vehicle parked in a lot other than the lot designated on the Permit.  Any Permitted Vehicle remaining in the Parking Facility after a Game Period may be towed away at the expense of the Licensee.

Tailgaters Parking Bus and Limo Space Usage Agreement

BUS AND LIMO ONLY

Stadium Tailgating LLC, d/b/a Tailgaters Parking, a Florida Limited Liability Company (“Tailgaters Parking”), hereby licenses to the undersigned (“Licensee”), the use of one parking space within the parking lot located on Beaver Street, Jacksonville, Florida (“the Parking Facility”), subject to the following conditions:

  1. Parking Fee.  Licensee shall pay the sum specified, in full, upon accepting this Agreement, together with all sales and use taxes applicable thereto as per electronic invoice.
  2. Parking Rights.  Licensee shall be entitled to the use of a designated space in the Parking Facility during the “Event Period” only. “Event Period” shall mean the time period commencing at least 4 hours prior to and terminating 2 hours following the conclusion of game.
